Texture dividing problem in 3DS

Hi everyone.

I'm working an a scenery using 3DS, and now I focus on the taxiway/runway. I read some tutorials about differents methods to build this but I still prefer to use an other method, as ORBX or other developpers, but I don't find any tutorial which explain how to use it.

I completely created the runway on photoshop an then I cut the image as equal squares using devide tool in photoshop. But betwen the squares in 3DS or an other 3D software, a black line appears. So I did this dividing with "Render to texture" tool in 3DS and the black line disappeared but not completely.

So here's my question, how can divide my image as equal 1024x1024 textures whithout black line?

Have a nice day

(sorry for my english, I'm french)

PS: The texture is for test, no final
