• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

Hi could someone help me and the work this forum? perform a stage of the Malvinas War and add effects like explosions and gunfire to be activated to get my plane to a point, but not in a way that I can mision.de achieve this??

PS I am not an expert in explosives (let alone anything else:)) so what are A.A.A. explosions?
PA2 In FS8 or 9 (I forgot) there was a scenery of Afghanistan you could download from Planesimulation.com and that gave you a scenery with lots of explosions and AI planes etc.

efectivamente there are several scenarios that contain explosiones.desde I wrote the post I discovered that a controladar effects can be achieved (in fact I did) I needed for my scenario, I found it in this forum in an old entry but worked perfect . probe CFS 3 and is quite acceptable, the problem is that I had recreated the entire scenario with buildings, vehicles and soldiers for Argentina 1982 fsx and it would be a lot of work to convert everything, including aircraft for CFS3 format. thanks for your answer


pd: the explosions AAA (anti aircraft artillery) are those who are in heaven (in the case of a very low altitude Malvinas by Argentine attack method) when an incursion of enemy bombers approaching
 
Are you talking about "FLAK" bursts? If so, they are fairly easy to create. I have a FLAK package that I created for the FSX 91st Bombardment Group and our WWII mission simulations. I placed hundreds of FLAK sites throughout "occupied Europe" that are triggered by proximity as a user aircraft approaches and transits an area. The implementation uses 64 controller.fx files for each "site" to cover the altitude range of about 6,000' up to 30,000' stacked in altitude with a spacing of about 350 - 400 feet. The horizontal 'burst' area covers about a 1.2 km radius. The lower altitude limit can be extended down by adding additional controllers.

I also have created effects simulating bomb impacts on the terrain with simulated craters, explosions, fire and smoke. These are also proximity triggered using controller.fx files.

A long time ago I uploaded my FLAK package to the SimOutHouse library so that others could use it. I'm not sure if it is still available there.

Tracer fire from the ground can also be simulated in the same way. I've done this for "low level" missions such as the WWII Doolittle Raid and the DamBusters Raid.

I don't have the time to walk you through the procedures but I could provide a few source files, fx files, controller.fx files and the SBuilderX files that I use to place the controllers and compile the 'packages' into BGL files. I use templates for the controllers for the FLAK sites and bomb effects and using SBuilderX I import/append those, duplicate them until I have the number required for a given application and then drag them to the required locations, then compile them and place the BGL's into an active scenery file. The fx and controller files go into the main FSX Effects folder.

Thank you so much Gypsy baron will download the test , and certainly very interesting to use in my escenario.seria if I can also send a sample of the xml type of drivers you used to understand the way you did, it would be helpful to learn . your system

What I did was modify an fx shot in the water several times , each gave him a different time delay for when they are all together not explode at once and seem more real effect , each modified these effects , too, after you add a controller simply create a transparent cube and the Model Convert it was dispersed by adding these drivers on distance and height around the cube, then edit it to make a reusable bgl but I suspect that there must be otherwise .

I take the answer and I ask further questions , create a cartoon with a zigzag path Seadart , but I can not smoke the effect of the nozzle follow the missile on its way , is this possible to do ? Hug and thanks again

Actually I'm more directed to the design of objects and scenes, but it occurred to me, as I said, try the theme of building multiplayer missions much easier than with the editor, something like that ud and his group does, if understanding not bad.
