some mapping completed, fsx.acc. lith..md3...psp...nvidia dds exporter....
i still have some difficulty trying to see the world, from the point of view of the uvw mapper, its not a camera, its mapping geometry, mathematically in 3d
space..i think...
so how do you map an object like a tube, that has one side only, the inside..
my thought would be to flip the normals..map,apply tex, and then flip..
or map..flip then apply.....or maybe the uvw knows its mapping the inside of a
tube....???see crazy object image....it only has an inside..
some small objects. could quite happily be left in the gmax colours. no uvw. no texture...to do..works in fsx...whats the downside of doing this....jim just read bill leamings advice on untextured objects, so thats one query solved...so it looks like ive got to uvw map, the pilots nose, ears, teeth...ime joking ..jim
