wWise Custom Soundbanks supported yet?

Hi All,

I'm a 3rd Party dev that's come from an X-plane / FMOD background, I'm trying to work out whether wWise and 3rd party soundbanks are officially supported yet? I note in the documentation it states that 3rd party banks won't be supported until version 1.x (I think 1.3), however there seems to be some mods using it.

Having gone through the documentation, and then followed the video tutorial(s), I haven't been successful getting any sounds to work through wwise. I've copied the template structure into a new work unit, followed the naming conventions and sound.xml layout however as soon as I point at my custom bank I can't get any sounds to work; nor can I get additional sounds to work by attempting to add them to the existing banks.

Has anyone been able to use wWise sounds successfully and if so can you offer any advice?

Thanks
Dan

Update: wWise is definitely supported and is incredibly powerful. I realized shortly after making the post that my project name was invalid; using a dash instead of an underscore. I never want to go back to FMOD again after using wise 👍
