• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Suggestions for Improvements to User Experience

Well if they are in FSX/P3D and they are terrain vector lines then you could use the terrain exclusions that ADE supports

Hi,
Sorry, it's probably not half. :)

The ones I know about that are missing from Commands Help or have problems:,
..clip...
Tom

many thanks for your inputs. I could use some of them :).

A couple of them I checked with Jon, since I could not place them:
"K" does nothing, it is not used
"Ctrl + Shift + O" does not exist

All other do exist in the "Commands Help" as well as in the new Manual.
I have updated the keyboard list and Jon will update the Comand list in the Help menu.

So, thanks again for your assistance

Helli

Glad to help. Yes K does nothing. But it is found in the Commands Help listing and should be deleted.

Sorry, Ctrl Shift O was incorrect. I should have said that Shift Alt O is not in the manual. I have edited the list to reflect that.

Hope this helps,

Not sure if this has been suggested before, but it would be useful to select several parking spots and get them to be equally spaced and aligned along a guideline.

Not an improvement, but clarification on the users guide of what each exclusion/flatten does. Seldom times I had to select several types to get exactly what I wanted. Answers are out there, but a brief explanation would help.

BTW, this is pbly one of the most powerful freeware tools Ive ever used.

Just wait a short time for the release of the new ADE Manual for Version 1.65.
What you ask you will find there :)
