Blender Addon for Fast Low-Poly Vehicle Asset Creation

Hi everyone,
I would like to introduce a Blender addon I have been developing: FSX3D Blueprint Tool.
The goal of this tool is simple: help 3D creators, scenery developers, and flight simulation artists quickly generate a clean low-poly vehicle base from prepared blueprint images.
It can be useful for creating simple background vehicles, static scenery objects, airport vehicles, road traffic-style assets, or game/simulation-ready base meshes.
Instead of starting from a blank scene, you can prepare your vehicle views, import the image, follow the workflow, generate the volume, apply the texture, and then continue improving the model directly inside Blender.

FSX3D Blueprint Tool is a Blender addon designed to speed up the creation of low-poly vehicle assets using blueprint-style templates.
It is especially useful for:

The addon does not try to replace manual modeling.

1. Prepare your blueprint image using the provided template
2. Import it into Blender
3. Generate the vehicle outline
4. Create the 3D volume
5. Auto-detect face groups

7. Edit, improve, optimize, and customize the model
The idea is to make the first modeling step much faster, especially when creating multiple simple vehicles for scenery or simulation environments.

As a scenery and simulation developer, I often need simple but believable low-poly vehicles for airports, roads, background environments, and static scenery objects.
Creating every base mesh manually can take a lot of time, especially when many variations are needed.
This addon was created to make that first step faster and more enjoyable, while still keeping full control inside Blender.

FSX3D Blueprint Tool is currently under review on Superhive.
It will be available once the verification process is complete.
