Have Fun!;)

Found a bug - hold off for now

Edit:
Fixed bug - please test

Hey ronh do you know what could be causing the animation assign list (under Animation Tools tab) to not show up at all? I'm not sure why but the list isn't visible.

Another possibility is maybe the ModelDef.xml is corrupt? Never have seen this before.

EDIT: maybe trying to manually locate the ModelDef.xml

I tried initializing the toolset with the default cube; list didn't show up. I manually located the ModelDef.xml on both my Greenhorn project and the default cube; still didn't work. I'm thinking ModelDef.xml might be corrupt or something as Pyscen suggested.

Did you make edits to the modeldef file? Do you have the original you can replace it with temporarily?

I'm not sure. Ronh made some edits so Blender2FSX can recognize the P3D SDK in the FSX:SE location (since I'm on FSX:SE). I can try switching the current ModelDef.xml with the old one.

Sorry about the late response...

That's one possibility,... You might be able to use the one that is in your SDK that came with your FSX:SE. Just copy it over to the P3D SDK v1.4 folder where the original is. Make sure to not manually point it to the old one though... copy it over on to the P3D SDK v1.4.

Another idea is to try right-clicking on the Blender icon and go to 'Properties' (bottom of the popup window). After that, click on the "Compatibility" tab (see picture). Duplicate what you see on the picture to yours. After you have match the picture with yours. Click on 'Apply" and then 'OK'. Try to see if you get the List afterwards.

No not quite correct. I made changes that allow you to use the P3D v1.4 SDK. You have to install that first. Nothing to do with the FSX:SE version. I don't think there is a proper SDK for FSX:SE. It should be installed as a separate folder. Don't try to install it in FSX:SE. There are registry keys that get setup. The blender scripts use the registry keys to locate the SDK you select from the tabs.

Hey guys thanks a lot for helping me solve my Blender issues! From the initialize toolset/SDK directory issue to my animations list not showing up, which shows up now, after I just updated Blender to the latest version. :)
