• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

P3D v4 GVBA Boa Vista for FSX/P3D

Unfortunately, there has been no progress on this project, only the airport my part of work is finished and operational
I will make you two Screens because more will not be nice :rolleyes:

Thanks Cédrice, a pity that there is no progress so far. I Landed in real life last week in Boa Vista on my way to Asparagos Sal and was looking for the scenery to make the flight in P3D4. But unfortunately there is no other good scenery so we have to wait :confused:. I hate flying the default scenery's :cool:.

Hello.
Releasing only the airport without the island isn't an option?
It would be a major improvement over the default scenery already!
 
If it fails because of it, I could also create the photoscenery and autogen for it, that would be no big problem!

(Because I'd like to go to Boa Vista, too... )
 
The scenery has had time to age without being published, it is no longer really in current standards.
I could do it better than that now :)

You can be right on that one, but it is a pity that you guys had put in so much time and hard work in something nobody can use now. I agree with Wolf0 in that.

Little tip for you, just to encourage you...

Even id you think that it isn't at your current state of standards, i personally think it looks fantastic though...

But: Sadly I'm an FS2004 User only... still stuck on an even Older Software which probably has gone dead since.

Though:
for FS2004 This scenery would be an awesome addition. So if you still have FS9 grabbing some dust somewhere in a Trunk, grab that one again, and backport the scenery to fs9 and then release it. You will see, that the scenery is not that much out of standarts then. Its an awesome scenery which the FS9 Guys would've dreamed to have...

Its looking even up to compareable standards with Flytampa or LatinVFR...

sadly that won't ever happen though... that FS9 guys will get something that good again... since they have to move on as well...

I hope that encouraged you a bit, to continue Work on it. Or even to do a newer version / update to the current version you allready did.
 
And Cédrice, look, the work you've done is amazing! We all can try to do it "better"... but often it's cool to release something to have it done. And you deserve honour! So many people are waiting for this nice airport :)
 
Hi,

is there any update you can provide us with? I'm looking forward to this scenery since the initial post as I really like this airport and its circling approach. It would be really great to have a usable scenery for it, and as I see, the pictures above look really amazing, so it would be really sad if this scenery never sees the light of day.
