P3D v3 MCX Scenery compilation error

Hi all,

A problem that's got me beat right now. I'm using MCX to convert FSX scenery to work in P3D using the tried and tested .bgl conversion method. Most files convert okay but, as per Murphy's Law, the largest and most important ones always fail. I've tried everything, including decompiling the bgl into mdl files to examine them etc. All appears well, but no matter what I do the scenery will not show in P3D. All scenery works fine in FSX, but I believe that the original source scenery was designed and compiled in FS9.

I've attached the error log. Anyone seen this before or know some sneaky trick to get around it?

The error indicates there are duplicate attach point names in some objects. These can't be compiled into an object then.

I'll see what I can do about this.

Thanks Arno, it would save a major headache if I don't have to convert and physically place every major item on every airfield I update for P3D users :)

The input seems to be FS2004 MDL files, so let me check if attachpoints might get double names if read from that format. Hopefully I have time soon to check this and make a small update.
